Can anyone describe how to adjust tokico d-spec shocks (front)?

I opened the hood and I see the caps (one on each side of hood). I screwed off the caps. Now I see two nuts together. I used 18mm socket wrench and when i try to turn the top nut, the bottom turns too. I don't think i'm adjusting it at all?? Am I looking at the wrong thing?

How do you adjust this thing? My bumpy ride is killing me since I put on eibach prokit springs

Any help appreciated...thanks

After you removed the dust caps, you need to use the round cap-like adjustment tool, which you should have received with the shocks.

What andy said. After removing the end caps you would use your adjustment tool which came with your dspecs. On the top of the tool there is a yellow arrow and a red arrow. You adjust your shocks per the books instructions and your driving style.

If you lost your adjustment tool (looks like a keychain) you can use a thin allen wrench.
