All Coilover installers need help...

I just had a set of coilovers installed. This is regarding the rear section. My installer did everything for me today and when I was driving home I hear this metal clanking around in the back. I am sure its coming from the upper part of the coils. I am talking about the area under inside or over the upper coil mounts.

The ways they installed the shocks in the rear looked pretty easy. He took of two bolts from the bottom, took out the oem shocks and mounted the coil shocks back and bolted the two back on.
Is there a bracket that holds the bolts that is inside the car?

If anyone has any ideas I would appreciated it.

FYI
These are new coilsovers from my friends at ARK and am testing their new products for fitment and performance. I would like to say that there exhausts are awsome with proven gains and now with their C.O. I will let you guys know that there will be a special price that I am trying to get for the forum on exhausts and other products that are available through ARK.

no there no other bolts holding the shocks. the install did it correctly, unbolt, install and re-bolt. maybe if you think its the rear shock area, he didn't torque it enough (which isn't much). are these true coilovers or do you use the oem spring location? maybe the springs are much shorter and makes noises.

check to see that your tires are not rubbing as well. When I lowered it on coilovers everytime i hit a bump or a dip while driving i heard what i thought sounded like a loud metallic clanking sound. Turned out it was my tire hitting the fender.

It HAS to be a loose bolt. Jack your car up, remove your wheel, and retighten those rear bolts. I'm sure you'll find one that hasn't been torqued properly...
