Aftermarket suspension that retains Ride quality

Hi,

Im fairly new to the boards this being my first post on g35driver.com.
I have a question about aftermarket suspension. I have 19' volk gt-c's on my g35c. Im looking to upgrade the suspension without serious deterioration of ride quality. I wanted to get a first hand opinion of these setups to see if they met your expectations after installation. Ive been in a few cars were an aftermarket sport suspension completely destroyed ride quality. So if you guys can chime in what type of wheels your running what your suspension setup and give a before and after feel of the suspension if you would.

Thanks

NF = 188 divided by the square root of SD
NF = Natural Frequency in Cycles Per Minute (divided by 60=Hz).
SD = Static Deflection in Inches.

A 16" spring that compresses to 8" when installed with vehicle weight:
188/ sqrt 8======= 188/2.8284 = 66.469/60= 1.1 HERTZ natural frequency

Double the spring stiffness = 4" deflection and the frequency increases to 1.566 Hertz.

Nothing will ever ride like a stock suspension no matter how much $ you spend.!! Thats the bottom line.!!

An adjustable suspension might be what you are after - there is a great sticky thread on a lot of the options.

Tein CS.

What is your primary use for the car? Daily driven, will it ever see any track use? Do you just want to lower it, or do you also want increased performance characteristics?
