New member here with a few questions

First I would like to say this looks like a very nice site with alot of helpful information and people.

Now my questions may have already been answered in other posts but upon searching I could not find any direct answers that I was looking for. My GF has a 2004 G35X with 49K on the clock. The dealer replaced her pads at around 10K because they were squeaking badly (and OMG the brake dust is horrible). Well they are doing it again so I picked up a set of Hawk HPS pads, orange brake quiet, sandpaper and brake cleaner. As I took the wheel off I noticed right away the rotors were shot. They have a huge lip at the top and bottom where the center section has worn away. IMO this is horrible and no rotor should wear like that no matter what. Well anyway I was wondering what rotors you guys suggest. Not looking to spend any more than $130 for each rotor. I found the power slot rotors that have been cyrogenicly (spelling?) treated for $127 each. Would these rotors coupled with the hawk pads be a good combo with little dust, squeak free, superior brake power and long lasting? I already know the hawk pads rock because I use them myself on all my cars. Her car gets alot of highway miles and city miles because she travels alot for work and I want her to have the best set up possible with in a reasonable price.

Any insight would be great!

Anyway i went ahead and got the power slot cryo treated rotors to go along with the hawk hps pads.

You couldn't just resurface the stock rotors? I wish I saw this thread earlier. Let us know how you like the setup.

They had already been resurfaced once and now again they had a huge lip at the top and bottom where the center surface area had been worn down.
