HELP! Installing Hotchkis sway bars.

I got the rear successfully installed but the front ones was a different story. I can't seem to get the last bolt in place in each side of the bracket.. each one of the bolts from both side has about half an inch still sticking out and i can't seem to get it screwed on any tighter.. i have it set to medium/medium.. And yes i did bolt them evenly by doing one bolt at a tiem on each side.

are you talking about the brackets or the endlinks?

I don't remember them being different sizes, but the frame cutout under the bracket should match up for each side. As for the bracket bolts, this happened to me as well. When I took the bolts off, it was pretty easy, but after replacing the sway bar and trying to re-bolt the brackets, it was much harder to do. At first, I couldn't get them in all the way. But, I think this might be do to the bar being a little bigger. Anyways, I basically forced the bolts in by turning them with a breaker bar until they went in all the way. It got easier as the bolt went in more, but for some reason it would be stuck in the middle like it couldn't go in anymore. You just have to use some force.
