So I originally had a shop install the coilovers, so I have no idea what I'm doing down there. Is it as simple as just using the wrench to turn the adjustment perch up and down? Do I need to loosen anything before I start crankin away?

I'm hoping to lower both the front and the rear a tad. Just to confirm, I want to move the front height adjustment perch down, right?

For the rear I think the height adjustment perch is on the top, so for the rear I should be moving the perch up, right?

Please help!! I really want to give this a shot before I take it to a shop and pay someone to do it. And I really don't want to pay someone else if its as easy as turning a ****....
