They're [H-Techs] softer than the Stock Sport-Tuned suspension

Get the Tein Basic Damper Coilover setup.

Got no cash for them? Then save up

For some reason, 350 H techs definitely drop a bit more than advertised. I would say go with those. As far as camber issues go, you will have problems with both, trust me. Just with the Stechs you will have a lot more, lol.
