I was quoted like $422 and $400 online and I got them through Les Schwab for $355 per rim!!!! That also included valve stems

I'm getting the wheels put on now but I think my offset is incorrect because the rear tire is sitting out about an inch....is that right
My offset is 40 for both front and rear

Yup that's right, the offset isn't perfect for a sedan, most guys running sevas rears are lowered with negative camber and rolled fenders.
A 9.5" +45 is perfectly lined up with the fender.
*EDIT*
With a 10" rear your looking for an offest of atleast +50 to stay in the fender line.
