Steering Problem? Please Help

i was on the highway yesterday and i hit someting in the road, i'd say a pretty big bump. it threw my alignment off pretty bad. when the wheel was centered my car veered to the left. Plus i have this sound now at about 38 mph and above like something i rubbing the tire, a little hum. It goes away when i turn the wheel a little bit. this morning i had a alignment done. now when my wheel is centered, my car veers to the right. and the sound is still there. What is this? Is it an emergency, i heard it could be some sort of bearing? is that expensive? could i have the manu warranty cover this??? somebody please advise>>>>

not sure, maybe wheel bearing, maybe control arm, sorry. best bet is to take it to a shop to check it out.

sounds expensive im sure, id agree with papi and aim at your wheel bearings

i dont think it would be the control arm because if it was to shift or alter, it would most likely give a "clicking" sound that would be quite loud.

just my opinion

Kind of sounds like a wheel bearing, although, I would think it would have spun out by now if you've been driving the car still regularly.
