Why would this be moved to the DIY forum? This is a review on a new product that had a lot of questions, that are being answered.

Doubt it.. because I took it for a nice run after the install and if it would touch, I would probably feel it or hear some noise.

Diesel, are you on stock suspension? How much clearance is there from the top of the shock shaft to the strut bar above it? Can you take a pic of that area? I think some people would like to try to figure out if their aftermarket coilovers will work with this or not. Thanks.

Edit: I did find this but it's not the best pic and the angle may be deceiving.

When i ordered the strut bar yesterday, the salesperson said a G35 owner returned the strut bar claiming it not clear with his kyb shock mounts. Is the person who returned the strut bar a member on this board??

Alan,
I'm running the VRT w/ EDFC w/o any issues. With this bar you should also be able to run it since it appears to have an opening on the inside where you could run your motor wires.

And it sure looks better than some of the ridiculous strut bar designs I've seen around here. That thing looks solid and mounted well.

C/S Sporty bar..........haha

I suppose if you don't have mods like spacers or shocks this bar might be
useable. It's a very good thing that several companys have come out with
strut bars for our G35s. Diesel when you installed your strut bar why didn't
you use new nuts and clean you engine compartment? Those nuts look like
they came off a '50 Dodge......haha
