Will '03 Coupe OEM Suspension Fit '03 Sedan?
Since I will be upgrading my suspension soon, my Dad was wondering if my OEM coupe suspension (shocks & springs) will fit onto his sedan. His sedan has the non-sport OEM suspension. I've read the suspension sticky thread (which by the way is an incredible amount of compiled info) and it says the spring rates for the 2003 350Z and 2003 G35 Coupe have the same spring rates as the sport suspension sedan. Just wondering if this transplant will work. Why waste a perfectly good set of coupe suspension if we can utilize it, instead of putting into cold storage. But I just needed the experienced suspension peeps to confirm if it is at all possible. What about any alignment issues? Also, what would be the difference in drop height if any? I've heard of some sedan owners going with OEM 350Z suspensions. But wanted to know if OEM coupe suspensions will also work on sedans.
By the way, he has a bodykit on his sedan, and if there is a drop in ride height, then he still would like it to be driveable without scraping everywhere.
Thanks in advance.

Your dad can use your coupe shocks and rear springs your front springs will not provide any noticable drop in the front. That's why us sedan guys go for the 350z springs in the front. I have the 350z/G35c setup on my stock sport shocks with the OEM 05 front lip. Your dad probably has the NISMO/OEM body kit for 03/04 sedans his car will still be driveable with the 350z/G35c springs and shocks.

BTW, his kit is a full Gialla Corsa sedan kit, which already sits pretty low.
Thanks Perry!

Also, does anyone know if the sway bars on the coupe and sedan are identical, and if not, are they interchangeable? I will be removing my OEM sway bars for aftermarket ones, and was wondering if the OEM coupe ones can be used in the sedan as well. Does anyone know what the stock sway bar sizes are?
