Anyone know if the stock spring from a 2005 350z 35th anniversary will fit on my 2003 G35 sedan

 

Yep. They will lower it ~1" (non-X) and 1.5" (X).

If yours is the sport you are better off with the older non-revised 350z springs because they match up with the sport struts. If yours is non-sport you will wear your struts out faster and will get better performance if you change them.
