Tein Basics question

I just threw on my tein basic coils, took a little longer than usual so i didnt get a chance to adjust them and play with them.

Now if i spin the two things up to adjust the spring, would that make my car higher or lower.

Would the more compressed spring make it higher or lower?

I hope you get what im trying to ask cuz i dont think its that clear ...

Yup. If you lower the two rings down some more it'll lower the car more.

Did you lube the coils? I did and can pretty much spin mine without having to unbolt anything.
