Hey everyone i have the non-brembo 04 g35 coupe and i have been searching but come up with nothing for the non-brembos.....What do you recommend for upgrading the brakes? Not sure i want to go a BBK yet but in the future yes.....But as far as right now what you would recommend? I read the EBC is no good.......I may just want to do rotors and pads right now...preferably cross-drilled and slotted or dimpled. Just let me know what the best route is or what your running and like the best!

I upgraded to Brembo. I have a 03 5AT and I could not deal with all the brake dust and yearly brake pad changes.

 

did you go stock brembo or BBK brembo?

 

I'm not trying to hijack this thread, just revive it since I basically have the same question.

I also have an ‘04 without Brembos (unfortunately). I'm not looking at dropping $$$$ on a BBK. So what are some of the best (low noise, low dust, with good stopping power) aftermarket pad and rotor combinations that I should consider that have proven to work well on the G35? (I’m also planning on installing SS brake lines (probably Goodridge?)).
