Tire/spacer combo for OEM 18's
Hi,
I'm getting ready to replace my rear tires and wanted to get a spacer when I swap the rubber. I've been searching the forum for about an hour now and haven't been able to find any pics of a G with the OEM 18" rims that has wheel spacers installed. I was going to go with 15mm front/20mm rear based on some OEM 19" pics I saw, but I'd like to see them on the 18's before I jump.
Another question came up when I was discussing with my bud and he said I should get wider tires while I'm at it. What do you guys think? Wider tires and spacers or just the spacers?
Thanks,
B

For those interested, I just read Madelinot's posts on this thread:
https://g35driver.com/forums/canada/152995-group-buy-ichiba-hubcentric-wheel-spacers.html
"At the rear, with my tires (275s on stock rims), the tires were rubbing on the fenders with 20mm spacers. 10mm is fine. I have 20mm at the front."
He then proceeded to say, "No problems whatsoever. Well, except I only can get about 8,000km out of one set, but that would likely be even worse with smaller tires. I'm running 245s at the front."
So it sounds like 275's on the rear OEM rims w/ 10mm spacer, and 245's on the front OEM rims w/ 20mm spacer are a valid setup. Just need to some pics before I decide to go for it!
