Suggestions needed for alternative spare

I'm getting ready to install a BBK on my car and have to decide what to do about a spare that will not fit over the new BBK.

Is there an alternative spare that is greater than 17" in the Nissan/Infiniti line that would be suitable?

More info here if you are interested:

Bump

I'm sure there are plenty of BBK users out there that had to deal with this ...

ok ... let me re-phrase the question ... does anyone know if Nissan / Infiniti uses an 18" spare on any of it's models?
