Tire safety question

I currently have 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 wheels sitting on 275/35/18 in the front and 285/35/18 in the back. Is this SAFE to keep on for long-term?

As long as the tire load index [speed rating and quality] equals or exceeds the oem specification and the inflation pressure COLD is correct for the load ~~35-40 psi.

Approved rim width for a 275/35ZR18 is 9"-11" so your pushing it with a 8.5".

It fits fine with the wheel and tires. Nothing looks out of place or weird, the ride feels normal, no noises or wobble BUT is it safe to keep these on for a LONG time? Will there be any rubbing going on in the front or damage?
