Picked up G35 - e-brake not working on slanted driveway!!

hey not a problem... as for my e-brake issue, my dealership did infact fix this under warranty, no hassle at all. so definately have them tighten the cable for you if yours is still rolling.

yes i did put it into gear while it was on e-brake but the car was still rolling forward so thus i needed to get it checked out asap.

now the car is sitting still in the driveway just fine

My dealer fixed my e-brake under warranty. Initially they said they would charge me for it, but I told them it wouldn't hold and they labeled it "out of spec" and it was covered for free.
