OEM 17's and Brembos

Will the OEM 17's fit over the OEM Brembo brakes? I've seen some debate about this, but no definitive answer... has anyone had first-hand experience with it?

These are my hands-on experience ...

The oem 17" coupe wheels will make contact with Brembo brakes.
The oem 17" 350Z wheels will clear the Brembo breakes.
