Prothane Sway Bar Bushings

i know some people have these bushings for their stillen sway bars. how do you guys like them? i am thinkin about gettin them for my hotchkis sway bars. i know the front bushing will fit without a problem since it is 34mm and the bar is 34mm.

Front

the rear bushing however is 21mm and the rear hotchkis bar is 24mm. do you think it would be possible to cram the bar in there? or would it be posible to drill the hole out some in the bushing?

how is prothane any better than the hotchkis polyurethane? and those brackets don't have the nipple where you can use a grease gun to pump in the lithium grease.

i have a set of the orginal hotchkis bars without the built in collars and i think they came with rubber bushings, not sure though havent physically looked yet. also on my brakets the nipples have since broken off, so i need to replace them. maybe ill call hotchkis and see if they can just sell me replacement brakets.

alright
just got off the phone with hotchkis

their sway bars do include polyurethane busshings its black poly and not red, hence why i thought rubber. my understanding was that red poly is stiffer then black poly but i am not sure about that, hopefully someone who has more knowledge in that area can inform us

they are goin to send me a rebuild kit (which includes all new bushings), 2 rear brackets, and collars for the front. all for a whopping $26 shipped. the brackets are $3.10 each and the rebuild kit was like $15, and they are sending me the collars for free.

now my final question is the hole closest to the bar is stiff and the hole closest to the end of the bar is soft correct? i have themset on med / med currently, but i think i'm goin to go to med / stiff

Yes, the hole closest to the end of the bar is the softest setting, the one furthest from the end is the stiffest.
