anyone give a general idea what the cost of import/duty fees for a set of tires/wheels are into Canada from Tire Rack?

My PS2's were about $31 brokerage, no duty. HST paid on the value of the tires in CDN dollars, shipping to NS about $130 US .

Drive down and get them installed there if you can, just drive across the border and declare nothing.

Yes how it handled depended on which lane I was in. Once the tires were remounted and switched over I did notice a big difference in the cars stance; it felt much better and the car was much more stable on the highway.

Have you tried http://www.1010tires.com ? They are a Canadian company and generally have some good discounts.

For the tires alone, they want over $100 each tire more for what i want to order, and they don't stock the ASA JH3 wheels on sale at TireRack for 94$ that are supposed to fit my 04 brembo coupe. I tried them first.

Just a little further to Alberta, went to Chicago, South Bend for tires and rims, Woodstock Ont, Niagara Falls, NYC, Nova Scotia, PEI, Confederation Bridge, Pegs Cove, Toronto, Thunder Bay, Regina, Crap, I think I need new tires again.

Sorry, I should have checked first. They are not that cheap from what I remember, especially now with the 'dollars' on par.
