Try Harbor Freight if you want a small light weight aluminum racing jack.

http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=91039

Its inexpensive and works decently enough especially since its not going to be your main jack.

I don't know how many go smaller than that that can handle a lowered car but there probably is at twice the price somewhere.

Floor Jack in a G.........?

I have a better idea, get a AAA card they're lighter and take up less room!
The trunks in the coupes are small anyway, my golf clubs are alway a
challange. Seriously a AAA card and a cell are all you need in the 21st
century!

i'm actually in hte market for a low profile jack also. this might be a dumb question but here it is anyway. i know our cars weight over 3k lbs. so i'd have to get a 2 ton jack or will i get away with 1.5 ton jacks?

man i was watching nopi tunervision or whatever. and the titan team had a race car and they jacked it up with a jack i have never seen before. it looked like they didnt have to crank the jack. like it was air lifted. idk i will research and see.

There are air-lifted jacks, they run off of a compressor.

I picked up the Craftsman Professional jack. It's far from light at 105lbs, but it's a 4-ton, low profile / high lift jack. I'll have this forever.

If the factory jack is too high for you, just keep something in your car that you can drive up onto. A few small pieces of wood won't be too heavy.

spooze - go to walmart...they now carry 2.5 ton low profile jacks there that come in a carrying case. they clear 3.5 inches so you may need to carry a 2x4 piece with you to roll up on as i do. they are inexpensive too...like $30-35.

good luck homie!

i have a piece of 2x4 in the trunk of my car just in case i get a flat. that will give me enough clearance to use the oem jack.
