i'm not sure how the subframe and everything else is
i came across a deal where a guy is selling a whole rear rolling suspension with the differential.
are they the same?

All the aftermarket parts are interchangable, but I don't know if the mounting points are the same. But, I would bet that they are.

The rear end gears may be different depending on the transmissions of each car and the trim level. Some Zs and gs don't have the LSD.

 

is the REAR UPPER CONTROL ARM on the SEDAN same as the COUPE?

 

What part is that? I would think yes.
