Help! Severe vibrations following axle retorquing and rear brake job

Hey guys,
I just had my rear brake pads replaced, rotors resurfaced, and the rear axle torque was out of spec so it was retorqued under warranty.
Now I have severe vibrations while driving. It is especially bad when I get over 70mph - My dash starts to rattle, my shift **** is rattling, my feet can feel the rattles and start to fall asleep, and so do my hands on the steering wheel. It is vibrating really fast, short vibrations - it's really bizarre it makes my hands and forearms fall asleep.
Anyhow I need to know if the axle retorquing could have caused this, or perhaps the brake work (which I doubt) - I don't feel safe driving my car on the highway and I am going to have it looked at ASAP by the dealer who performed the work. Any knowledge you guys could give me before I head to the dealer would be greatly appreciated.
It still feels like pins and needles in my hands from the drive, WTF
EDIT: Q45Tech, if you're out there, this is one for you

Nope I have my stock 18"s on.
Just got it back from the dealership - they balanced the wheels for free because they didn't think to do that after the brake job and, well, apparently something they did put them way out of balance, because now she rides just like she used to before they abused her.
