Q:03 sedan 350z revised suspension noise

i recently installed the complete 350z suspension and noticed when the radio & Ac were off i heard a slight clunking noise from the driver side front wheel,

Today i removed the complete right side and reinstalled it thinking it could have been a loose bolt or somthin ,

After reinstalling everything and going for a ride the noiise is still there,

Its not to loud and it is only from 1 mph- 15 mph . almost sounds as if it were metal to metal contact.

anyone experience this ?

I had the problem with my 06 and revised 350z susp. I had spring on spring grinding, top coil. Put a rubber sleeve in and those noises went away. I still have other suspension noises from the front though, but that was by far the worst sounding and also the easiest to fix. Let me know if that's the same issue you find. I haven't searched around the forum much because the other noises haven't been annoying enough, but maybe folks have already discussed this... we'll see if any experts chime in.

There's a similar sound reported somewhere and the OP just needed to grease some of the parts. I used his DIY to fix mine a few months ago.

If its a metal to metal knocking noise, then its a blown shock. I had the metal to metal knocking noise when I installed d-specs with eibach prokits from my front left. I took it out and put it back, but still had it. Took it out again and it was a blown shock even though it was brand new. Got it replaced, no more knocking noise, only squeeking noise from everywhere else.
