What kind of stock brakes do I use?

I have an 06 Sedan, and from what I'm told there's 2 different types of stock brake pads. one is for the m45 and one's for the g35. however the company that I'm getting from is asking which type of brake pads i have. I'm assuming the g35 ones, but they say some g35's have the m45 brakes too. Can anyone verify this??

all 03-04 and 05-06 g35x's use the smaller single piston caliper/pad in the front while the 05-06 nog35x's use the newer dual piston caliper and pad
