I have searched all over but havn't found the answer I was looking for. I have a 06 coupe with sport package, and I wanted to know what the ride quality difference is between the stock sport suspension, g35 s-techs, and 350z s-techs.

g35 s-techs are softer than the 350z s-techs so they will ride smoother but you'll get better handling out of the 350z version.

i dunno about stock sport package, but the Tein springs are porgressive in front for comfort. My guess is you'll get a better ride with increased handling over the stock sport suspension

I'm on 350z tokico HP struts and 350z H-techs for my sedan. I got them for the stiffer settings.
