OEMsport springs vs. OEM Basic springs

is there a major difference bewteen the sport springs and the regular basic spring. I have an 04 coupe with basic springs and wana buy the OEM sport springs. Any difference?

The 05+sport suspension has stiffer rear springs and shocks, and should only be installed together as a set along with the stiffer front swaybar

And also should be installed with stiffer shocks as well. The 05+ sport suspension has stiffer valved shocks.
