Questions about dropping.

Alright so im planning on dropping my car, atm i have some volks sf challenge im nto to sure about the off set. But atm i have 285/35on the back and 245/45 on the front

the bad thing about it is that my back tires are scrapping onto my fenders, what would be an ideal drop for the car so this wont happen, would i have to tuck my fenders in the back?

im a total newb about these kind of things so if you guys could elaborate on the response i would apreciate it a lot.

and i have an 06 coupe, ill show some pictures of the car when i get home at work atm.

Thx in advance!

If your rear tires rub now, you should go ahead and roll your rear fenders before you drop it.

that's weird that your rears are rubbing before your drop. I'm on 285/30/20's in the rear and i'm dropped on S-techs (1.1" rear drop) and I'm still not rubbing...

dropping the car will only make the problem worse, isn't that common sense? Roll the fenders or purchase camber arms so you can run more negative camber to clear the fenders
