good thing I just bought a stillen intake.
^+1 should work with anything else but stock.

well, with my existing mods I am better off with my stock intake box or I will lose power gains. Does anyone have an example of the "modified" stock box? If not i will regretfully have to pull out of this.

I only wanted to use the stock airbox, too, but I think the gain from this strut bar offsets the small loss of a few horsepower/torque. Also, this strut bar is very unique/rare... as you've read, this is the last time they'll be made, and there aren't many of them out there. If you've looked around this forum like I have for reviews on this product... not one person has given it a bad review (unless you call complaining about its somewhat high price a bad review). Int3gr8 told me that this thing ROCKS!!!
What I'm doing is going with a Stillen intake and I'm purchasing an R2C filter, instead of using the K&N one that comes with the Stillen intake.
Alas, I cannot tell you what to do... just trying to persuade you not to leave this rare group buy.
