Tein S TECH ?'s

Hey everyone! I would like to drop my car about an inch all around. I was thinking about getting Tein S tech springs. Has anyone used these before? Can anyone tell me how the ride was/is with them?

G35 Coupe S-Techs or 350z S-Techs?

Search there are a few good threads...

they both do have different spring rates

Also any 350z aftermarket springs will lower the G 1/2 inch lower than the G35 aftermarket springs

have them on my 04 coupe.
drop is perfect, ride could be a bit stiffer.
especially in the rear.
but overall like them.
install is easy and straight forward.

Thanks for the replies and the info. To clarify I'm talking about the ones for the G. These might be exactally what I'm looking for. I want the ride to feal close to stock and am just looking to give the car a lower more agressive stance

The 350Z S-Techs will provide more drop. I liked them when I had them on my coupe.

How was the ride with the 350z ones on there? And this is going to be a really dumb questions: does a higher spring rate number mean stiffer suspension?

The 350Z S-Techs were a very comfortable ride. A higher spring rate meand stiffer suspension because it takes more weight to compress the coils.

Get yourself a set of front and rear camber kits as well.

I was going to ask about that too. How badly do the springs throw off your camber. Any recomendations on which camber kit I should get?

I use SPC front and rear. Some of these cars, like my sedan, needed camber kits on the stock suspension to keep the tires from wearing out too quickly on the insides.
