One of the great things about this jack is that the jack frame height rises very gradually. It remains 3" or less in height from the center of the saddle to about 9" up the frame. It may not look that far in the picture but the angle of the pic skews things a little. I'm sure it's 9".

I was hoping that it would slide all the way to the front cross member jack point. The only way that I can reach this point is by using my Tomiokas.
This looks like the only Floor Jack that may work but boy is it "pricey"!!

K...how do you get your G on Jack Stands?

^ I've seen that jack. It's like $600-$800!!!
I put my car on jack stands by lifting at the pinch weld just forward of the jack points and then inserting the jack stands at the jack points and lowering. I jack the rear at the differential housing and insert the jack stands at the rear sie jack points.

with the car being a mere 3" off the ground in front, I need to drive up one 2x4" and I can get this jack all the way to the front cross member.

good ole 2x4's.. I use either 2x6's or 2x8's since my rims are wide...

Back up! Did anyone buy the specific Jack in this thread?
I did, and i need some times on how to release it so it lowers the car.
The damn lever when i try to turn it counter clockwise it just spins, and sometimes if lucky it will catch. Its like 30mins that my car has been up and i have been trying to line it up wiht the little spinning square inside.
I also looked at the square to line up with it at the end of the lever, and it seems like it isnt a perfect square, like its defective... maybe thats why?
