You can use your bolts. The suspensions on the Gsedan, G coupe, and 350Z are essentially the same with some exceptions depending on the car: some sway bars are stiffer than others, some springs have higher spring rates and are different lengths, and shock valving and lengths are different.

They all bolt up to the same locations with the same bolts.

If you have the standard suspension the coupe sport springs will make short work of your shocks/struts. If you have the sport suspension, it will last a while, but it depends on how you drive. You also have to determine what shape your shocks are in now. If you have alot of miles they might be ready to be replaced anyway. Once you have determined this you have to ask yourself, if the shocks go out in short order is it worth it to pay to have a new set installed or would it have been better to have replaced them in the first place? Once all of this is installed you should have an alignment done, after a week or two of driving.

^Your bolts will work. Change shocks and springs out at the same time.

Not unless they were blown when you bought them. How many miles are on the suspension? If it is relatively low you should not have a problem with them.

I would find out how much it is going to cost to have them installed and weigh the cost of new shocks vs. cost of installing separately.

New shocks = new shocks. Shocks wear progressively from mile 1 by 4 years or 60k rebound control [stiffness] is usually half brand new rate. The problem shows up on rear first since the rears start out stiffer in rebound.
