toe arms vs toe bolts?

So whats the major difference with respect to performance only? Im curious because I was in a thread a few days ago and it was strongly suggested to the OP to avoid toe-arms and just stick with toe-bolts, I inquired there, but no response.

SPC seems to be the only company to sell toe-bolts, there seems to be a small few companies that sell toe-arms. So what is one better than the other?

the toe bolts actually adjust the toe correcty, cause they use the toe adjustment location. you just widen out the hole to allow for more adjustment room.

the toe arms will actually move the position of the wheel in the wheel well (forwards or backwards). this will help get out some toe, but it does not do it correctly.

just go with the toe bolts and camber arms from spc or eibach. they are far superior. spc makes them for eibach so they are the same thing, just usually a little cheaper.

Sounded like an answer to me

but is it possible to use a toe-arm affectively or does the correct adjustment of toe with an arm incorrectly change caster as a result?

It will always change the "caster" when correcting for toe. Whether or not this will make a difference in the feel of the car, is another story. Unless you see a reason to need to change the caster and can justify it, and since the cost of the SPC toe bolts are so cheap, I see absolutely no reason to use the "toe" arms to adjust toe. Its just completely incorrect.
