occasional grinding on non brembo
i have an 04 5at and on occasion when i press the brakes there is a weird grinding noise. i just had the pads changed and the rotors turned. its not a normal pad grinding sound. i can feel it in the steering and pedal. Any ideas guys?

warped rotor maybe? somthings not right if you can feel it in the steering

i wpndered that but its doing it before and after the rotors were turned and only does it on seldom occasion. its one of those weird noises that just happens enough to be annoying
