Installed Tein Basics experiencing rear spring type noise - Not clicking.

Installed Tein Basics experiencing rear spring type noise - Not clicking.
I installed the tein basics had all new parts on for the busings mounts etc...Torqued to spec. when I drive really slow 5-20mph I hear this wierd vibration loose spring kind of noise. Has anyone had this if so did you fix it? Any suggestions?
