Do I need a camber kit?

Hi folks. I just purchased some Tein H-Tech springs for my 03' Sedan. I'm planning on lowering it and putting on some staggered 19s (8.5 front, 9.5 rear).

Now, I've heard from people that if you don't lower it too much, a camber kit might not be necessary since the stick arms might have enough adjustment to them but I'm not sure.

So with my setup above, do I need a camber kit to get factory spec alignment? I don't want to have to change tires every few thousand miles so I want my tires to last. If I need a camber kit, would it be just for the back or back and front?

Thanks for the help.

Andrew
