Control Arm Bushings

I need to replace my control arm bushings and front struts on my car. I was planning on just doing all of them and springs with the Tokico D-Spec but i need to know what kind of bushings to install on my car. I was told by a service shop that i need new control arm bushings. Any recommendations

If your talking about the same bushing as shown in this thread,......

Nismo makes it, harder rubber version of the oem part, but at $70 for the pair, on the expensive side.

I went with Noltec bushings for the same spot. I also bought the front lower shock mount bushings since they are located on the same arm.

I went with the Noltec product not just because of price, but because I felt that it's product discription told a better story, IMO.
