Bought new pads, should I get new rotors too??

My 04 Coupe has had it's rotors and pads done once at the dealership by 30k miles. Im still running that 2nd set of factory and I just now purchased Ceramic Hawk Pads (Brembo), and should be here shortly.

Before I go get these things put on does anyone think Ill be fine with the factory rotors or should I look into something else now that I'll be using Ceramics?? Also the tertiary question is do I want to Bed-In my new pads on rotors I might replace sooner than later?

Am I right in assuming these things or just being overly paranoid =P
