Torque Wrench

This is just a simple quick question. I was wondering for installing springs will i need a torque wrench. Some DIY's say you don't but than some gives spec's and tell you that you do. If some one can just give me a quick response it will be much appreciated. thanks

you may need it for the shock tower mounting nuts.... i do it just to be satisfied that all the nuts/bolts are torqued evenly to spec.
