I believe that would give you a 1/2" drop all around. Should ride very nice, but many people prefer a bit more of a drop in front because of large fender gap. Thats why a full 350z suspension with coupe springs for the rear a popular for the sedan guys. 1" drop up front and 1/2" in the rear. Do a search and you'll see plenty of pics.

Experts, let me know if I'm getting this right...I think I am.
Revised 350z springs have a spring rate of 427, same as the coupe sport springs, so if your coupe springs are sport, (as you say they are) you should be fine. If not, you may find your coupe springs overdamped.
From the brakes and suspension sticky:
Oem linear springs
G35 coupes with oem 17’s & 18’s
G35 sedan’s with sport suspension
350Z’s 2003/2004 (unrevised)
Front:314 Rear:342
Oem linear springs
G35 sedan's with non sport
Front: 283 Rear: 308
Oem linear springs
G35 coupes 2005/2006 with oem 19’s only
350Z 2004.5 to 2006 (revised suspension)
Front:314 Rear:427
