ISO ideal street/show coilover setup

I've been running the Eibach Sportline/Koni shock setup for a while now. Pretty good system that I should be satisfied with . . . What I want is a setup that will allow me to go another inch or so lower while retaining full shock travel especially in the rear.

For anyone able to help, my main concerns are:
triple perch setup
spring rates less than 500 lb/in all around
high grade materials, no rattles, squeaks, etc.
rear damping adjustment on the side of the shock

I know finding coilovers that will drop 2" or more in the front is not an issue; but how about ones that drop 2" or more in the rear?

My goal is to be able to get the fenders down almost to the top of the rims and have it retain a good ride.

The JIC coilovers seem to go quite low in the rear. I believe the shock travel/spring/spring preload are all adjustable.

Do the JICs utilize the OEM rear springmounts?
