well the stillen decal might have peeled of your strut bar but replacing it with an NRG strut bar is the stupidest thing i ever read. I can't believe people have the nerve to keep selling them much less that people are stupid enough to keep buying them.

They hit the hood and not just a little, the bar itself is cheap hollow aluminum that a 9 year old boy could flex with his arms and they do absolutely nothing to stiffen the front end. They are purely cosmetic and the fact that they at the least rub on the hood and more than likely will actually bulge the hood make them useless both for performance and for looks. The bolts they come with are low grade stainless that should never be used for any sort of suspension mounting.

Seriously the nrg strut bar is the worst aftermarket POS you can install on your car.

+1 agreed. I have the Stillen front license plate bracket (cause Austin cops have nothing better to do than pull you over simpy for not having a front license plate) and I have had no issues with it. A little expensive (say, $80ish) but overall, good quality product.
