can you rephrase that? What do you mean pic the *** end up? Why do you need more travel?

Lowering your sedan on H&R Z springs sounds like a pretty big drop. 2"+?

You don't want to control ride height with your shocks. It will ruin your ride and handling.

I'd try something like a reverse spring mount mod (ie.. a spacer under the rubber isolator)?

Or buy springs specific for the G sedan. They aren't that expensive.

if i do that it wouldnt be low enough in the rear...thats why the 350 springs are more appealing to me

My guess is that normal sedan lowering springs = no low enough.

H&R Z springs = too low?

I dunno. Hard to get the logic down when he asks about using shocks to raise the car. Maybe he can use some air shocks from a domestic!

Its not that its too low its that its a little to bouncy with a full car only in the raer...so i figure if i could raise the back up a little and give the shock a little more travel it would ride a little smoother

Your dropped on oem shocks that are 3/4" taller then what the springs were designed to use. And even then the Z isn't swimming in shock bump travel to start with.

Greater shock stiffness isn't alway's the answer. You can have issues you think are happening because the shock doesn't have enough control when in reality, it's controlling too much and isn't able to allow the suspension the freedom of movement it should have.

Fix the issue about running the wrong shock type, meaning kick your oem shocks to the curb.

Run a shock that has the same body length as a oem Z shock. I would run either Tokico 350z D-spec or better, Bilstein HD.

Curious, did you buy the springs from a shop?

Did you tell the shop what car the springs were going on?

Oh come on! I've commented on this that subject in detail!

But I do admit, I have limited info about the Bilstein HD.
