Tein EDFC strut bracket kit

Is the strut bracket kit really necessary when installing the EDFC servos? I wasn't aware of it when I ordered everything and I would hate to have to take everything apart just to install these tiny little brackets. Has anyone installed them without the brackets?

That's good to hear. If you look in the manual for the EDFC it mentions the strut kit. Apparently some struts rotate when you turn the wheels and that could cause the wire on the servo to bind, so they sell a bracket that's supposed to prevent that from happening.
