Question Bushings, cracked

So i took my G to my tech guy at INFINITI, and he has told me that my bushings are cracked which explains why my car has been making this pop noise going up driveways. I did use advanced search, but all i found was this.

https://g35driver.com/forums/brakes-...-coverage.html

i have no warranty and my question is , how much would it be for the parts. Im sorry if im not as detailed.

Thanks

For me, that noise was a bad rear sway bar link. Exactly as you said, when one end of the rear goes up the driveway and then the second you hear like a clunk noise.

How many miles on your car? Strange that the bushing is bad--this is just a hard piece of rubber. I examined my bushings when I put in my adjustable shocks and at 35000 miles they looked like brand new.

Rear sway arms are like 20$ for the pair.

Jutn, the compression rod issue is a known one and many members have had their compression rods replaced under warranty or at their own expense. At the time I replaced mine, there was no fix for replacing just the bushing portion of the rod. I suggest PMing Tony at Riverside for replacement compression rods as he had the best price for me when I replaced mine out of warranty.

I have about 39k and its a 2003, but sounds like you had the same problem. like going up a driveway or speed bump, just a POP/CLUNK. But I'll look into yours as well. Ive been driving on it way too long

Thanks
