I'm looking for pad and rotor recommendations for my 04 6MT Sedan. Better than stock performance with less dusting if possible. Street driving only.

I currently have EBC 3GD Sport Rotors and EBC Red Stuff Ceramic pads installed on all 4 wheels. The pads have held up great, over 35k miles and still have 1/4 of pad left. But! I opened them up today because i've been recently experiencing bad pedal pulsing. The outward facing part of the rotor looks good, but the inner facing side seems to have large chunks missing. I don't see any major scoring, just areas where chunks seem to have ripped off the inside face of the rotor. When i replace them I will take pictures and post them on here because this really seems like a manufacturing defect to me. I've never seen rotors do this but then again i've never used a dimpled/slotted rotor before.

So what pads and rotors are people using? Thanks in advance!
