I just recently dropped the car with 350z htech a week ago, and i was very disappointed in the rear drop. My wheels are 19x10.5 +22 w 295-30-19. The wheels still stick out a little bit (maybe 5mm)and i want to do the springs mod, but worry that it will rub and mess up my fenders. The fenders are rolled, but not all the way. I don't mind if it rubs a little on some bump, but i don't want any bad rub that would mess up my fenders.

so do u guys think i can do the spring mod? or i should wait until i change it to 295 tires? my tires still have a good 70-80% tread left. thanks

you should be ok since you've already got a mild roll. your camber will become a little more negative as well. if you're really worried, dial-in some more negative camber when you go for your next alignment (which should be soon anyway).
