I'm looking for help for suspension gurus.

The SAI angle on my other car has the spec range 8.8 to 9.8. The latest alignment shows that its actual value is 7.1 (1.7 degrees below the lowest spec value). Everything else is in spec ranges. Should I be concerned about it? Could this difference result in a pull to the right (it is the left front wheel out of spec)? Is it worth fixing the issue?
