I did a search and it seems not no one has an answer yet to this sound

When going up my drive way or sometimes a rough road at slow speeds..i get this "knock" sound from the rear passenger side. If I stand outside the car and bounce the rear bumper it makes the same knocking sound

The car is a 2004 G35 6MT.

Anyone know the solution?

Forgot to mention this is not the rear axle TSB/clicking sound(different sound)
